Better listening skills and make patient feel comfortable not make them feel like they need to find a new Dr. Make the patient feel like their health all around health is important.

I explained my symptoms thoroughly and was asked a total of 4 times. I’ve experienced these symptoms and condition before. I was in pain and extremely uncomfortable. The culture came back with the diagnosis for the symptoms I explained. She could benefit from listening to her patients and have an understanding that sometimes we know our bodies.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Being empathetic towards her patients and understand that at the end of the day we are customers.

ALL of the staff are amazing. I couldn’t have picked a better doctor. She actually listened and is very understanding. The last doctor I had, I was with for 20 years and was always on a time limit and I always felt rushed and I have never felt that way with Dr. Hannah

Talked directly to me and not at me. Also she was a good listener. Answered my questions directly and calmed my anxiety of the diet of a diabetic.

From coming in to ask a question to getting blood work and seen, it couldn't have gone better. All involved were professional yet very caring. That's why we changed insurance to stay with this team.
