My spouse and I both feel Dr. Neros is a good fit for both of us. He listens, he explains, he asks if we have further questions and he plots a course forward, even if the situation is somewhat uncertain. His demeanor builds trust as he is kind and thoughtful.

I am a new patient as my former pcp is leaving Trinity. Dr. Neros was familiar with my medical history and shared that he is there to support me as needed. He is personable and kind.

Dr. Neros has an incredible demeanor to interact with and support his patients. He was completely up to date on the particulars of my case; took the time to converse and start to build a relationship, explained how he provides care and does his best to be available for appointments. He knows how to find a connection point. He is an example of what a family medicine physician should be!

After meeting with Dr Neros on 2/20 I had lab work done. I have placed two messages and one phone call regarding how to proceed with my treatment plan and have not received a phone call, email, text or my chart message from this practice. It is unlikely I will continue with this practice.
