Again, Dr. Neros exemplifies what it means to be in "family medicine"! He truly cares and that is the basis for the great experience that he provides. Dr. Neros is friendly, kind, thorough, compassionate and engaging in conversation. He listens and takes into consideration my preferences. He answers questions and really goes the extra mile.

Dr. Neros didn’t rush me or treat me like a number. I have visited him in person and had a virtual call. He was very caring and kind. He took time to explain things to me. He is an outstanding representative of the Trinity medical system.

My spouse and I both feel Dr. Neros is a good fit for both of us. He listens, he explains, he asks if we have further questions and he plots a course forward, even if the situation is somewhat uncertain. His demeanor builds trust as he is kind and thoughtful.

I am a new patient as my former pcp is leaving Trinity. Dr. Neros was familiar with my medical history and shared that he is there to support me as needed. He is personable and kind.

Dr. Neros has an incredible demeanor to interact with and support his patients. He was completely up to date on the particulars of my case; took the time to converse and start to build a relationship, explained how he provides care and does his best to be available for appointments. He knows how to find a connection point. He is an example of what a family medicine physician should be!
