She gives you the time you need and never rushed you… and she listens!! Too many time constraints anymore and not enough quality time can be spent with your provider sadly!!!!

Dr. Arsenia Nepomuceno is an excellent diagnostician who studies her patients' charts carefully in preparation for each visit, spends time with patients carefully asking and answering questions, and clearly knows and cares about ger patients.

Dr. A Nepomuceno is the best provider I've ever had. She provides quality service and always follows up as needed, calling me, if necessary. My heart is heavy because she's leaving and I will have to re-evaluate my internal medicine needs.

Dr. Arsenia is awesome. I have had her as my primary doctor for many years and she is very through and makes sure you understand everything. She is very caring and dedicated to her patients. She's one in a million!!!!!

I have been a patient of hers since I was a teenager way before she ever partnered with Franciscan or SPI. She is very compassionate about her patients care and always goes the extra mile to make sure all of your needs and concerns are addressed. Also love that she is personable and always makes you feel at ease. I’m very sad and upset to know that she is leaving the organization at the end of the month.
