Other visits provider seemed attentive and kind. This visit provider arrived 25 minutes late to my appointment; seemed agitated and didn't say anything supportive or kind until I was leaving the room.

Having recently completed my career in education I have some understanding of demands placed on us in careers and how very full our days can become with the various demands of our jobs. Medical professionals are pulled in many directions every day. I have a goal (personally) of pointing out to these professionals that they are appreciated. I know what hearing these words can mean any given day.

Needs to have compassion for ALL patients and to understand not everyone understands medical terms/jargon. Should speak to patients at their level.

Need at least one chair in exam room with arms. The new chairs seem lower, have no arms for those ofus who need them to lift our body, plus the slide across the slock floor. Cant get traction to get a good footing. Fortunately the doctor left the door open and I could call for some help. Very embarassing end to a very good appointment! Access is important!

I had to schedule a new patient appointment that was a couple of months out, but I was notified of a cancellation and got in a lot quicker than anticipated. Dr. Nelson was warm and caring and heard all of my concerns followed by planned follow ups.

The doctor listened to my concerns and goals. She had great bedside manners. She was thorough in going through my medical history and what to follow up on. She complimentary on what I am doing right as well as pointing out what I need to do for my own wellness care. She was detailed oriented and approachable.
