What else would you like to say about your experience?
I stated right off that I knew nothing about my bilirubin, no offer of explanation whatsoever. He used another term that something that I had. I said I never heard of that. I don't know anything about it. I have no idea what it is. No offer to explain to me what it is. Felt like they pretty much said, I don't know why you're here. I don't see a problem. And I just felt like it was pretty much a waste of his time and my time.

Dr. Nelson and his staff were very helpful. They provided so much insight and information. I am glad that he will be my new gastroenterologist.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Everything was exceptional, nurse was super kind and listened as I complained but Dr. Nelson was the absolute best. Cannot say enough how great the appointment was and it's never a fun appointment because the topic is horrible. I say 10/10, five stars and everything.

Feel fort7 ate to get a quick appointment with Dr. Nelson. Very impressed with him. Could tell he had review chart before he met us. Hit the ground running, Scheduling tests to diagnose.
