I love the amount of time Nellie spends with me. She's kind and compassionate, but fun and funny too. I always enjoy my time with Nellie, but the rest results sometimes aren't good.

Nellie Simon is great. She really listens to me and takes the time to answer my questions, and any follow-up questions that I have. She is genuinely concerned with my wellbeing and is very courteous in her approach, and never talks down to me. She is very easy to talk to, and I feel comfortable telling her about any issues I'm having because I don't feel judged by her.,

Nellie questioned some of my meds that I am on which I truly appreciate. Questions I have had about being on Eloquis & the possibility of one of my medications causing diahreah. Also, questioned why I’m on quitiapine/seraquel. I need answers for things I have questioned for a couple years & I’m confident Nellie will guide me to my needs. .

I am happy I made the decision to contact Nellie regarding these ongoing symptoms. I am happy I feel my symptoms are as important to Nellie and all staff as they are to my distress. My symptoms are still present but I am more comfortable with my health status.
