Viktoria Nelin Is a great pediatrician and we are happy as we had to change doctors due to insurance

Viktoria was so kind and patient. She listened to our concerns and did not rush. She was able to help my son with his cough. We are grateful for her help.

My experience with this facility is that once I get there, the staff is very kind and caring. However, getting there can be a problem in that I called the morning of the appointment at 7 a.m. because it was an emergency situation. I needed to have her seen that day and I had preferred to have her seen by her normal doctor, Dr. Parrano. However, he wasn't available that day, which is completely understandable for a same-day appointment. However, I asked the scheduler if there was any way to get her in at that facility the same day or if I needed to go or if possible one of the other facilities specifically Los Altos and I was told that I could be seen at 2:30 and that was it that was my only option and unfortunately I had something going on at 2:30 that I could not reschedule so I was advised that I could only go to urgent care.

Viktoria was great. She really took her time with us, listened to all my concerns, and was very reassuring. I loved the whole clinic and the experience was awesome.

Its was a great experience

Viktoria made me feel like we have been seeing her since my children were born and not like this was our first visit! She was very thorough and gave me the feeling that I was able to trust her from the moment she walked into the room!

I really loved that she took the time to sit down with us and ask if we had any questions, any concerns, or if there's anything that we were worried about. And I really do appreciate the time and she did not seem rushed at all. Like she took her time with us. It was more of like, you know, I don't know. It was just very comforting to have somebody who actually cares about my child's health and growth.

Labor and delivery nurse Jen was absolutely fantastic.

Dr. Viktoria was great as well as all her staff, glad I was able to find a facility like this one.

Dofferent doctor.Same experience. It was quick and they answered all ym questions & also called me back with results! Just love them!
