Hi, I wanted to give acknowledgement to the front desk staff. Both the medical assistant and the secretary were really, really great. The staff is really helpful whenever I need something. So I just want to say that very exceptional service.

Dr Bangia was very professional and knowledgeable. Not condescending in any way. Showed excellent bedside manner. Will be happy to continue to see her as my PCP.

I have been a patient of Dr. Neha Bangia for many years now and my experience with her has been always good. She's very thorough and she's really caring and she really cares about helping you to improve your health. So I'm very happy with Dr. Bangia and I would recommend her to anybody.

I love everyone at this office, especially Dr. Bangia. The girls at the reception desk are kind. The people are very, very nice, and I appreciate all the help that they give me. I definitely would recommend coming to this office for anyone that would want to know.

I'm very happy that I chose Dr. Bangia and her staff as a new PCP because they are very reliant, they are very quick, and they very much care for their patients. I also enjoy having Dr. Bangia as a patient because she's very caring, her knowledge is exquisite, and she is amazing, and so is her assistant. I would recommend her very highly to anybody.

Two things, number one, the doctor is not really appreciative of my time and hassle. I've been taking cholesterol medication for 28 years, and she still wants me to see her every three months, which is ridiculous. And the second part is, When she asked about pneumonia vaccine, I specifically asked, is there any public information, any government place, any place we can find out where we might have taken it? And she did not address that question at all and say, okay, we can mark it as I refuse to take a pneumonia vaccine because I just did not know when is the last time I took it. So this is not what I expected. Thank you.

My experience was excellent. However, scheduling this appointment was burdensome. In the edn, I had to get an appointment as a new patient despite being an existing patinet. I learned the doctor had recently changed to join Hackensack. Hopefully, scheduling will not be a problem in the future. I also learned they no longer accept my old health insurance.

Dr. Bangia is the most compassionate physician I've ever worked with. She is patient warm kind thoughtful knowledgeable and very much a people person. She's great; a true asset to Hackensack.
