It was a good experience. It was a video visit. There was a work around for the audio portion of the visit. It was a smooth transition and was sorted out with ease.

I'd give Dr. Reddy and her staff more than a 10 if that were possible. She is a terrific doctor. I recommend her to others all the time. All the staff is great, too, although I'd be remiss not to mention one by name. Kim Proveaux is wonderful.

Dr Reddy has always been easy to talk to. I ask a lot questions and question procedures and meds that I might not think are necessary. She is patient and responds with professional advice laced with practical suggestions. She has a good personality and cares about her patients!

Dr Reddy has always been very concerned with my health. She addresses any current issues that I may be having and is also very diligent to offer suggestions about preventative care. I feel like she includes me in health care decisions. Everyone in the office is very friendly and happy to help with scheduling my appointments at times that are best for me.
