Neelu is a great medical provider. She is thorough, friendly, kind, honest and respectful.
What could have been done to improve this visit?
I still do not understand the entire 1/2 sheet of paper at check in. I also do not understand why I have to check in online and then again in person!

Dr. Finley is one of the best providers at RGH in Portales. Always explains what is going on and directs you to the appropriate medical care you need.

It makes me feel good when Dr stop pull up a chair and sit there and listen to me not in a hairy not in a rush to get me out that makes me feel good and that is exactly what she did. She pulled up A chair and sit down and listen to me.

Get me into the exam area close to my scheduled time. I arrived early so that I would be checked in before my scheduled appointment time.

I cannot say enough about Neelu Finley. My health has improved 100% because of her care. I would highly recommend her to anyone that has diabetes. She goes above and beyond for her patience.

Woman at leaving the examination rooms was not friendly. She arranged my lab and cardio appts but was not friendly.

I was thankful that Neelu Finley was able to work me in & make certain I did not have a blood clot. Neelu Finley & her staff are always helpful & responsive to patient care. Were lucky to have her at RGH.

The lady that did the well care questions was wonderful. Her name was Grace. I received a shot and the girl that gave it was sweet. Dr. Finley is the best. She has been my doctor for years and I’ve never felt rushed or neglected.

I think Neely Finley is outstanding. She has helped me bring my blood sugars down from the A1c being in the eighth to now being at six. She is amazing.

I just wish there were more handicap parking spaces every time they’re full, and my husband has to move my wheelchair from the backspace to the door

Yes. Dr. Finley always goes out of her way to refer me to any specialist I might need for whatever it’s going on with me and is very caring about my health and concerns.

Nothing! I was most impressed as to the overall improvements since I have been going to RGH (over 50 years) I would say……… I am so thankful for the facility, the staff and the doctors available here in Portales!!!! Thank you and CUDOS to all concerned!!!!!! A BLESSING for this little town!!!!!’

I had arrived at 8:00am for my 8:15 appointment. I did not see Neelu till around 9:20.
