Neelu Finley is absolutely the best! She cares she listens. She has helped me with so many questions she has helped me with my pump. I think the world of her and so does my husband.
What could have been done to improve this visit?
Nothing every time I leave there I am very happy and I’m looking forward to changing from Lubbock Cardiology to RGH Cardiology

I never thought of finding a Dr that is capable as Dr [ ].. when Dr [ ] left, I was devastated.. I had found such a caring, compassionate and understanding Dr like [ ]… I thought I’d never find another, but then came Dr [ ], yes he was a stern strict Dr, but showed the same caring, compassion and understanding as Dr [ ].. but, so devastating to here of his departure .. but, then, came Dr Finley! What a true blessing Dr Finley is! Everything about Dr. [ ]and Dr [ ], into Dr Finley!! Dr Finley is amazing!! I truly recommend Dr Finley to EVERYONE I know and meet!!! GOD bless her!!!

Neelu listens very carefully and is very respectful of my thoughts and concerns. I don't feel rushed with her and we have an open dialogue regarding my care.

Neelu always goes above and beyond in the care of her patients. She has huge compassion for each person. Neelu has more experience, skills, and knowledge than most MD degree individuals. How blessed we are that she continues to be at RGH.

Neelu went out of her way to get Dr. [ ]s staff to send her the needs for blood labs. Her staff had to make three calls & they didn’t fax, so finally they emailed the specifics. Staff printed & gave them to me in the front waiting room. This was needed for pre op appointment & his staff failed to send the order after several calls & giving them fax numbers. Considering how busy Neelu & her staff are it was GREATLY APPRECIATED!!!! She always goes out of her way to make certain meds are correct & changed when insurance companies decide not to support doctors decisions. Neelu is a top notch professional & I am thankful she is my Primary Care Doctor!

Neelu really cares about her patients. It's not a show, she cares. She showed concern about my care in a different hospital. She always remembers what we have been going through and how it causes problems with my health..

The receptionist was very nice about writing my questions that I needed answered by the doctor. I had forgotten to ask a question while I was talking to the doctor.

.......Scheduled my follow up mammogram and bone density sooner than a month, but I understand that all appointment slots were already taken.

Neelu always takes plenty of time for appointments and explains what and why she's doing tests and treatment.
What could have been done to improve this visit?
The nurse seemed agitated almost to the point of being rude. She didn't take my vitals and was complaining about having to do her job.

Neely Finley has done an outstanding job. Her advice actually saved my life. She also got me from my A1c being always high to down to 5.9. I cannot say enough about her. She is one of the best doctors I have and I totally trust her.

As I am getting ahead in years, Dr Finley is a very compassionate Dr! Dr Finley has an amazing heart.. she listens and is patient with me.. she always shows her interest in what I have to say… she never is in a rush and I love that she understands what her patients need… 🙌🏼🙏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Neelu is a great medical provider. She is thorough, friendly, kind, honest and respectful.

I still do not understand the entire 1/2 sheet of paper at check in. I also do not understand why I have to check in online and then again in person!

It makes me feel good when Dr stop pull up a chair and sit there and listen to me not in a hairy not in a rush to get me out that makes me feel good and that is exactly what she did. She pulled up A chair and sit down and listen to me.

I cannot say enough about Neelu Finley. My health has improved 100% because of her care. I would highly recommend her to anyone that has diabetes. She goes above and beyond for her patience.
