Each time I see Dr. Fetzer, everyone from the front desk back to medical staff and Dr. Fetzer have been outstanding in helping me get appropriate care.

I received care from a NP on a timely basis. They were able to fit me in after a cancellation. The NP took time with me and answered my questions. I was able to wait at home until I received a phone call.

This was my first visit with Dr Siebert.
Dr Siebert explained the intricacies of a surgery that carried some risk. I was very happy with his willingness to consult with his team regarding possible outcomes before proceeding.

Fast, efficient new patient walk-in experience at Orthopedics Now. As a walk-in, the wait was understandable, updates were accurate and well-communicated. Friendly, professional staff. Absolutely recommend.

I walked in to the NCH Immediate Care and was told there was a 4 hour wait. I was put in the queue and wasn’t called for about 6 hours, however, even though it was after closing, the staff saw me, addressed my concerns and ordered a prescription to treat the problem. I greatly appreciated the care I received

I met with PA Ryan Nelson for the first time yesterday after sustaining a fall the day prior. My experience with HSS NCH Now, and with Ryan Nelson, was excellent! All my concerns were addressed and follow-up care was scheduled. What a wonderful facility and staff! Thank you for your care!
