After discussing, Isabel suggested [ ] and adding another, [ ] prior to [ ], and requested that I keep her informed as to its effectiveness. If it is not effective , A new prescription for [ ] will be requested. I will also add [ ], but take dosage recommended at [ ] rather than in the [ ]. That about covers it. All good.
