This should be an 11 or 12. He was very thorough. He actually examined me and discussed my symptoms in great detail in terminology that my wife and I understood. He suggested a procedure asking us to think about it. We could discuss it in the future and make a decision.

He read my long file before coming in the room. He read my heart monitor report and explained what he saw. Based on that he recommended a low dose med and explained the possible side effects of it.
