I always gave a good experience with Dr, Nave. One area (that has nothing to do with Dr. Nave) is that sometimes, i do mot receive timely responses to communication sent through the portal. I appreciate that like many practices, staffing is a concern, however I offer this as a possible areaxif improvement.

Only complaint is that my appointment was for 10:15, but 4 other people who came in after me were taken in ahead of me, and I was never called in until 10:40 a.m.
