Dr Harkins is an amiable young man and took time to explain what my concern was and the treatment that would alleviate the problem.
I was pleased that my issue wasn't going to be life changing for me, and could be fixed by a lazer procedure which will clear up my issue.

Dr. Harkins has been my eye doctor long before I had my first cataract surgery. I have extreme faith in him to tell me honestly the status of my eyes.
