He talked a little too fast and could slow down a little because dealing with an older person one needs to listen and process which takes a bit longer. I hope his notes are on line.

Dr. Harkins is the best eye doctor I have ever had. He is so very kind. He explains medical term/condition in a clear simple way. His calming personality puts one at ease. He is is truly living his vocation.

He was very good at answering questions and explaining why the facilities offer some services and not others simply based on a request, but rather the result of analyzing the situation based on realtime observations.

it's good to get a current and forward path regarding my eye care. My family has a history of eye problems of different sorts and he wove through all that.

I really like the MD- I don’t like being dismissed when I stated a concern and I never have any issues or complaints. I think the MD and staff should realize that the check in system is ridiculous and why I will likely find a new practice. I am already driving 30 additional min to get to the new clinic. It’s the small things.

He is an exceptional doctor. I'm not pleased about his relocating to the Sun Prairie Clinic (I live in Verona) but I know all the DDD staff moved. I would follow him anywhere.
