Actually, I might not refer others to Dr Harkins…I don’t want his calendar to get over filled. LOL!! He ALWAYS takes the time to review my chart/history before he enters the room. The visit feels like a conversation with a longtime friend that knows me and my history as if we just talked the day before instead of a year ago.

I am a new patient. I was nervous because I loved my previous doctor and couldn't imagine the new one living up to the level of care I was used to from the old one. Change is hard! But Dr. Harkins met and exceeded my expectation. I'm very happy to be his patient!

I appreciate that Dr Harkins is very matter of fact and practical. If he doesn’t think something is going to be beneficial for you he will tell you so. But he communicates it in a respectful manner.
His manner is engaging and personable yet he maintains professionalism and stays on task so he stays on schedule.
