I have already referred a family member and a friend that expressed concerns with the care and attention they have received from their primary doctor to make an appointment with Doctor Mason. I am hoping that he continues to serve in this practice as the past 2 doctors I have seen at Saint Alphonsus have left their roles.

Would suggest receptionists use the patient information on file and from on-line check-in. Not sure why they need to review ALL that info AGAIN upon patient’s arrival. Seems odd.
