The entire process was thorough and efficient. I am confident my eyes were fully diagnosed. I was provided detailed information about the progress of my macular degeneration and received information about a state-of-the-art procedure that might help me that has just been developed. That information provides hope that is priceless.

The clinical staff do wear name badges but they rarely introduce themselves. But they are very good at their tasks.

He was so fast I didn�t feel like he took the time to thoroughly examine the health of my eyes after all the trouble and expense to get there.

I can't remember her name. But in the past couple of months I have been in quite a few times getting ready for cataract surgery and each time the people at the front desk were friendly, helpful and courteous. Not something you find so often these days.

their computer can�t handle a hyphenated name so finding me in there data basis is a pain. I had to spend over 30 minutes filling out information at home prior to my apt, then answer a lot of the same question in the office because the admin system doesn't �talk� to the medical side!

They were nice, but they also blew off getting my prescription and didnt get my records from my previous clinic, saying "we dont need thatc and went along with Dr. Noakes idea that I was "crazy" and "lying" about my prescription. Even after taking my glasses to get my prescription, they still put in my chart online "no prescription found".

This man told me I didnt need glasses, despite my prescription from a previous clinic and new headaches ive been having. He completely dismissed me all because he dilated my eyes and it made seeing far away clearer, tried to "make it better" by trying to give me a pity pair of glasses for reading(my issue isn't seeing close up, its my far vision) made me feel crazy, acted like I was lying about my prescription and told me to go see my PCP for my headaches as they "couldnt be related" and he didnt understand why I had glasses in the first place.
I very quickly, was able to get into my old eye glass clinic the next day and was taken care of greatly. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND SEEING THIS MAN UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE. I would give ZERO STARS if I could.

Maybe. The doctors and techs are good but the wait time is horrible. And they expect the patient to input all their own information into their system! Including photos of insurance cards. I find that ridiculous
