I'll tell you what impressed me. He, himself, came out to the waiting room to all me because the nurses were all busy. Down to earth. Not above doing the little things.

As usual with most providers I see, he just walked out of the room when we were done but didn't say we were actually finished or if I should wait to see his "nurse" before I left. Did not receive a copy of After Visit Summary. Was also not entirely clear if interventional radiology was going to call me or I should call them, but I was not given a phone number for interventional radiology. As of now, 24 hours after the appointment, have not received a call from interventional radiology!

The nurse was good. The doctor was competent but lacked bedside manner - “stuck-up” is the colloquial way to describe it.
