Dr. Catterson is fine. Yes, my wait time is ridiculous, but he was very professional, and he clearly reviewed my medical history prior to meeting me.

He is very thorough. He explains what is going on and he knows my history. He has been very helpful to me and recommended cataract surgery when no one else had the cataract surgery really helped me that was more than 10 years ago and he has been my optometrist since that time always thorough kind and caring, his explanations are wonderful and I will miss him .

The doctor was nice, he is professional and seem very knowledgeable. He did come in after I had waited a 1/2 hour and said he would be right with me but i waited another 1/2 of an hour before he was able to see me. He was apologetic for the delay in see me.

He was obviously knowledgeable and caring. He had been rushed and I could feel his tension. NOT HIS FAULT!!! The clinic is being managed by MONEY people. YOU are the problem!! Not Dr Catterson

While dr Carter’s on is a knowledgeable doc, he always seems rushed everything is done a bit too quickly. Like he doesn’t have enuf time

He's fast paced and a bit intense, which is neither good or bad...I certainly didn't mind the demeanor. For the first time at an eye doctor, I thought he could have walked me through the process a bit better.

The nurse was exceptional. The doctor was rude and irritable when I asked to see something again or asked questions. I gave him another chance and the experience was no better. I need to schedule sooner to get a different doctor.

He is the best eye doctor on your staff. I know this because I have seen 2 other eye doctors at SSM, and they were both very curt and rushed.

He seemed rushed, did not seem at all interested in answering my questions (they appeared to be an annoyance). A very different experience from prior years. Not sure if it was just a bad day.

When I asked questions, I was made to feel dumb and when I asked a follow-up question I didn't get a clear answer. I left not knowing if I need glasses or not. I have a prescription for them, but was not clear what the recommendation was or why.

The print out he gave me did not have the items he suggested using. He did say that my eyes
were in good shape & reported on the cataracts condition. He was also 15 minutes late & I waited even longer in the waiting room,
