She is an amazing primary care doctor. She listened to me. She helped me go over my meds and better understand them. She just had empathy and sympathizing with my whole overall health. I recommend her to anybody because she's an amazing doctor.

My experience with my visit was very pleasant. Security was very nice and organized. After I signed in, I was able to sit at a window to get checked in. My name was called within a couple of minutes. The lady doing my intake was very warm and welcoming. The lady that took my weight and vitals was very pleasant and efficient. Natasha Halyard was very amazing as always. She always has a smile on her face, her energy is very positive and she speaks to me like a person she actually cares about. That goes a long way and she's the main reason I come to this office. I trust her with my care and she's helped me tremendously throughout the years.

Natasha is the best doctor ever. She listens to me. She gives me time to speak about any issues that I have. I don't feel rushed when I visit. I'm never waiting forever for an appointment. She tells me I can x-ray her at any time. And she follows up with my care with personal phone calls. I love her.

I would like to have her for my doctor she was so understanding she took time to listen to her. I was saying understood what I was saying, and what I was about was well well pleased with my service with her, even when she said that she wanted to make sure that it wasn't anything to do with my heart that she would allow me to go, see the other doctor. I was well well pleased with my service with her. She was awesome. I'm gonna see if I can change her to be my doctor because the one that I have now seem like it's a bother to really be seen.

All of the staff was very helpful and seemed to be more like a family, like family towards me. My provider is the bomb. I would recommend her to anybody. You know, she made me feel warm and, you know, she helped me out with my problem. I had no problem at all of getting, you know, just somebody to listen. And definitely, definitely, definitely will recommend her to everyone because she made me feel, you know, like a human being, not just a paycheck.

She's well-respected and she talks to me through any issues that I have, suffering from anxiety and panic. I want Natasha to meet my daughter's physical primary doctor. She is really awesome. My daughter, my daughter, actually we get along with her. I never met a doctor like that. Like, literally, she's amazing. And I'm glad you guys have her. Like I've been to so many doctors, but she is freaking amazing.

Every time I come here, it's excellent service. I've been going there for years. I've taken my kids, I've taken foster children. I feel like I'm in there all the time. So it's always a pleasure to have Natasha and the different workers to help and facilitate, you know, our visit. I give the whole staff, the faculty, you know, 100%, I think, peace.

Natasha Halyard is a great listener and very professional. She has helped me a lot these past couple of years, getting a few different things under control. And I just think her and the team there, the guy that draws blood, are wonderful and are great care providers.

My provider and the social workers and all the staff there always treat me with courtesy. They make sure I get what I need. They give me the best care. I would like to say Natasha is excellent. She listens, she's compassionate. She always, no matter what, returns my call, her and the staff. They're always wearing if everything's okay. And on occasions have even called me just to see if I was okay. And I appreciate that because I look at the virtual group as a family. And I like to thank [REDACTED] for introducing her to me. Natasha is great and so is all the staff. Kind, compassionate, just special people. I wouldn't leave virtual for anything. Have a great evening.

I would just like to say Natasha is the best provider ever. She listens to what it is that you have to say. She listens to any of your concerns and she explains any questions that you may have. She is very receptive to any suggestions that you may have to your medication regimen if you feel like you need to change something and she'll explain to you why something can't be changed or she'll look further into why it can be changed. I had an issue with getting a mammogram. Natasha took time out of her day to schedule me a mammogram appointment, which I thought was awesome, because I don't think any other providers actually provide that kind of care for their patients. So I would just say, I will continue to come to Natasha. As long as she's at Virtua, I will be there.

This reason for me saying no she didn't know my medical history is because it was my first visiti am a new patient once we talked and she got my history everything else ran smoothly she made me feel comfortable and relaxed enough to tell her everything about me I am really looking forward to her being my primary

The man in the outpatient lab was very rude, impatient and spoke to people aggressively. He got mad at them for things that the front desk should have handled.
