I want to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude to Nurse Practitioner Natasha and the entire staff for the wonderful care they provided to my son and I My son wasn't feeling well and was very uncomfortable with being touched or examined. Natasha was incredibly patient, gentle, compassionate, and understanding. She never rushed him or made him feel pressured. Instead, she respected his boundaries while doing everything she could to make sure he was okay. As a mother, seeing your child uncomfortable can be very stressful, but Natasha's calm and caring approach gave me so much reassurance. She treated my son with genuine kindness and made his comfort a priority. That meant more to me than I can put into words. I also want to thank the entire staff for being so kind, welcoming, and supportive throughout our visit. Everyone played a part in making what could have been a very difficult experience feel much more comfortable. Thank you, Natasha, and thank you to the entire staff for your patience, compassion, and dedication. I truly appreciate the care you showed my son and our family. It will not be forgotten. ??

I love Natasha Halyard, she's the BEST. I love how she listens to my concerns, how she treats me, how she includes my daughter in decision making and how she provides great patient care to me. She is the BEST. Wouldn't change a thing about her.

I like Natasha because she feels almost like you're talking to a family member instead of a doctor or a professional. You know, she talks to you like you're part of the family. She makes you feel like you're part of the family. And I can relate to her like she's a part of a family. So I enjoy seeing her and having visits with her.

Yes, I just wanted to say Natasha, I only had her for two years, but she's a beautiful lady and she's a good doctor. She listens to me. She just don't talk to me. And I just wanted to say thank you for her and tell her I said thank you.

Natasha is always involved and engaged in what is going on with my health, she is always very encouraging about ways I can decrease my A1c and ways I can incorporate more exercise in my daily routine. I wouldn't change one thing.

I went to the lab for blood drawing. I told the man he was too far with the needle. Seconds after that, I felt a shock through my entire left arm. I am still experiencing arm pain. I did not come into the office in pain or have any pain. Til I left his office. According to YT, the lab tech has other bad instances.

My experience with my doctor was excellent. She is always caring, professional, and takes great care of me. I have been a patient here for many years, and I truly appreciate the quality of care I receive from her. However, I was disappointed with my experience at the front desk. I provided my updated insurance information and had already uploaded it through MyChart before my appointment. Despite this, the staff member assisting me told me I could not remove an insurance plan that I no longer have and made me call my insurance company before allowing me to check in to change PCP on insurance card. I had also already completed my check-in through MyChart. The process was frustrating and made my visit more stressful than it needed to be. In addition, I was repeatedly asked why I arrived so early for my appointment. I arrived early because rain was expected, and I wanted to make sure I had enough time to get there safely. I believe patients should be treated with kindness, respect, and professionalism. While my doctor's care was outstanding, my interaction at the front desk could have been handled in a much more courteous and helpful manner.

She is an amazing primary care doctor. She listened to me. She helped me go over my meds and better understand them. She just had empathy and sympathizing with my whole overall health. I recommend her to anybody because she's an amazing doctor.

My experience with my visit was very pleasant. Security was very nice and organized. After I signed in, I was able to sit at a window to get checked in. My name was called within a couple of minutes. The lady doing my intake was very warm and welcoming. The lady that took my weight and vitals was very pleasant and efficient. Natasha Halyard was very amazing as always. She always has a smile on her face, her energy is very positive and she speaks to me like a person she actually cares about. That goes a long way and she's the main reason I come to this office. I trust her with my care and she's helped me tremendously throughout the years.

Natasha is the best doctor ever. She listens to me. She gives me time to speak about any issues that I have. I don't feel rushed when I visit. I'm never waiting forever for an appointment. She tells me I can x-ray her at any time. And she follows up with my care with personal phone calls. I love her.

I would like to have her for my doctor she was so understanding she took time to listen to her. I was saying understood what I was saying, and what I was about was well well pleased with my service with her, even when she said that she wanted to make sure that it wasn't anything to do with my heart that she would allow me to go, see the other doctor. I was well well pleased with my service with her. She was awesome. I'm gonna see if I can change her to be my doctor because the one that I have now seem like it's a bother to really be seen.

All of the staff was very helpful and seemed to be more like a family, like family towards me. My provider is the bomb. I would recommend her to anybody. You know, she made me feel warm and, you know, she helped me out with my problem. I had no problem at all of getting, you know, just somebody to listen. And definitely, definitely, definitely will recommend her to everyone because she made me feel, you know, like a human being, not just a paycheck.

She's well-respected and she talks to me through any issues that I have, suffering from anxiety and panic. I want Natasha to meet my daughter's physical primary doctor. She is really awesome. My daughter, my daughter, actually we get along with her. I never met a doctor like that. Like, literally, she's amazing. And I'm glad you guys have her. Like I've been to so many doctors, but she is freaking amazing.
