Natalie spoke clearly and directed her attention to me. She acknowledges my sister, who had gone with me. I had questions and she provided me with answers I can deal with. I had an EKG right in the room!! I was impressed.

Ms. Sosa shared her concerns about my rising LDL cholesterol. I'd had seafood the night before so I expected to see a bump, but I know to keep an eye on it. My concerns about possibly rising BP were assuage by the BP monitor log she gave me. She showed me how to send messages through MyChart and made herself available if any problems or questions came up. I felt seen, heard, understood, and valued as a patient through Ms. Sosa's care.
