Natalie is intelligent, kind, empathetic and knowledgeable. This is the second time she has “ come to my aid” after a hospitalization and clarified what I experienced and helped me get appropriate treatment ASAP.i REALLY appreciate her honesty and “ let’s take some action” attitude while I am waiting for “ the specialist” to fit me in and THEN take time to explain what is appropriate treatment for my current medical challenge. Hooray for Natalie
