I feel so fortunate to have access to HSS. Everyone I have ever interacted with for my hip replacement two years ago, and for my knee injury last week, have been so professional, kind, approachable and just really, really good at their jobs. Natalie Nye was so kind, so knowledgeable, so respectful and reassuring. I felt heard and helped. She was calm, patient, focused on me. Thank you.

I’m impressed with and grateful for the care I received at HSS Orthopedic Now. Natalie Nye provided clear and helpful information and wisely. ordered an additional Xray. Also, sonn after my appointment I received a call from HSS that she referred me to HSS Sports Medicine for further evaluation, which will be helpful. HSS Orthopedics Now is an excellent resource.

I have never had a better medical experience. Felt 'concierge' and was less stressful than I expected although I was in a lot on pain. Beautifully designed spaces. Every single person I interacted with was polite and attentive.

Natalie was amazing! Evaluated my X-rays, discussed my condition and gave me PT exercises. I'll probably cancel my surgeon appt as I have all the info I needed for my condition.

PA Natalie Nye at Orthopedics Now Westside: Her examination of my knee injury was very thorought. She gave me a written copy of her instructions of care which was very appreciated. She answered all my questions clearly. I was very satisfied.
