Natalie was attentive to me and seemed to listen to me. I did not feel rushed and felt like I was given time to ask questions. She wrote thorough notes in mychart after I left, which further proves she was listening to me. Overall, she’s the best provider I’ve ever seen at Shannon. Please hire more like her!

Again, just being proactive to prevent further issues, she has helped very much with putting me on anabiotic‘s to keep me from having infections
One good outcome as I’ve talked to the manager and I can call the doctor on call on the weekends to get the appropriate medicines from a culture result which does not show up on my chart so I appreciate that that I can call the doctor on the weekends to get the appropriate medicines and not continue to suffer with it over the weekend
