Dr. Crawford was very patience with all of my questions and took the time to fully explain my medical condition, procedures that will be needed in the future, and the prognosis. Most importantly she was friendly, honest, empathetic in explaining that my medical condition would require long term care, and reassuring that I could get better.

the staff was great. Kim let [NAME] "cry on her shoulder" and allowed [NAME] to be seen the next day after she called. Had E.COli infection that wasn't healing, the antibiotic prescribed took effect almost immediately. [NAME] will miss her!

once I was able to see the doctor and explain why I have been so concerned about my shingles issues for 15 years, (proximity to my eyes and trip to the ER for headaches, frequency of outbreaks despite medication) she was very, very attentive and took the time to answer all my questions and ask me several more. She also explained all the options going forward to my satisfaction.

It was good it seemed that she was a little worried about the police being inside the hospital or infirmary room when I came to my telemed meetings.
