I loved seeing Natalie for my appointment. She is so nice and actually listened to me and my concerns. She offered me helpful information and possible solutions and I really appreciated her help! Very knowledgeable and would recommend her to others.

Dealing with certain woman health is always a little embarrassing and sensitive. But my doctor and nurse made everything seem natural, normal and super comfortable! They were able to help me physically, mentally and emotionally.

I really appreciate how she communicated during the exam. I have had a lot of trauma and tend to have a lot of anxiety with these appointments.

I was very impressed with her knowledge of my medical history, considering this was my first appointment with this provider. She was very thorough and took time to listen. I think, though, that the wording of some sensitive questions could have been improved.

I was impressed on how short the wait was once I was checked in. The providers were all kind and were able to send me to a specialist where I can be further evaluated. Extremely grateful for my experience.

From the time I was greeted when I walked in to the atmosphere to Dr Hancock herself it was all amazing. And I didn’t realize it until I got several communications back from Dr. Hancock that I realize wow this is an amazing experience how communicative and prompt she is with her Follow up messages. This is amazing. I will be back and I will recommend.

Pleasantly surprised by the interaction between the doctor and her assistant, with me. They took the time to listen and answered all my questions. They assisted me with my prosthetic leg and were patient with me while I prepared for the examination. Totally impressed with the care I received.
