Pleasant meeting. Was given info re my concerns and hopefully with the new diabetic eye specialist will get more re assuring diagnosis and favorable assessment. Dra Chung projects positive feedback on my eye condition. Hopefully will be better soon.

The patient-doctor and patient-assistant interactions were professional and thorough. I do not like the check in with the machines however. It is not so bad if only ID is required but then I had to dig out my insurance cards as well.

It was a great office visit with Dr. Chung. She seems very competent, was also open, engaging and helpful. I especially appreciated a new tool she used (in addition to the standard equipment) to examine my eyes that was far more comfortable than usual.

Dr Chung and her staff were right on time really no waiting. They were friendly and professional. All my questions were answered and was ready to alleviate any concerns I might have about my cataracts. She is highly recommended by my primary physician also. I am glad she is my Opthamologist.

She is an amazing physician who is very knowledgeable, thorough, competent, detailed oriented, and concise addressing my concerns as well as her concerns. She is highly recommended if anyone has eye issues with related problems. Two thumbs up!!!
