Once directed back to the outpatient room—staff was Excellent, Courteous so friendly. Nurse explained steps before putting hospital gown. However, before arriving to hospital was instructed to be at Highland Hospital at 5am. Front doors didn’t open until approximately 5:15am. No Vale was available, many people waiting. Issues getting mobile parking issue when paying- took 4 times to finally pay parking. For having to be early morning at the hospital, it was terrible to have to wait outside while still dark outside and doors not open. No guard o than the on inside once doors finally open in main entrance. There were many patients complaining too. It required to arrive early morning while still dark outside- door should promptly open and should have several guards outside. Thank you for understanding.

I'm extremely pleased with the way my nose looks and how well it works. I don't know of anything I would do differently. Granted my nose isn't perfect but it wasn't perfect when we started this journey. I'm very grateful to each and everyone that's been involved. Thank you all
