It seemed to me that with tge migration to mychart system the process waa still in progress are really llete. The fron and back office staff did not have my comllete recirds and had to ask me questions about my medical history that had been in the prior system. I filled out the online pre appt check, 2 weeks before my appt. It never made it into the system, per questions the staff was asking me.

Nurses had unprovoked belittling attitude. I spent way longer than normal in the patient room. The doctor did what she needed to well but was not courteous and not very helpful when I expressed my concerns, did not feel considered.

She was friendly but did nothing for my need! It was a complete waste of my time going to the appt!!!!im no better off than when I went getting my problem took care of!

The provider was not very friendly, was very short and made some comments that made us feel like we were taking up her time and also made some facial expressions that also made us feel like we were dumb or something like that

I send a message to Dr. Nahari because the first visit the doctor was there for 3min and then she left me with a student. My concern eas if dr eill be there the day of my procedure because I dont want a student to doi and also ask for a scar. So I received a call from the office, telling me Dr. Nahari is going to do it, she is a surgeon and if that I am worried about a scar I need to go with a plastic surgeon. That is so rude, I was specting comething like "Dont worrie, we sre going to take care of.you and do our best" something like that and at least talk woth the doctor not listening through the receptionost her tanteum.
