Everyone was extremely kind and courteous. I was made to feel that I was not rushed out or that my questions were unimportant. My questions were answered and told if I have questions later please call.

Dr. Napier is the absolute best!! I have been going to her for almost 20 years. So thoughtful and really listens to you. Never feel rushed. She's an incredible doctor. And so nice. I've been a nurse for a very long time and to find one as thorough and professional and friendly is very rare! I love her.

Dr. Gena Napier and her staff are always professional. If I’m there in person, I feel my time is valued because I never wait long. If it’s a call or through the app they always respond in a timely manner. I thank Dr. Gena for truly caring about my spouse and me!

Dr. Napier was kind and patient with my 91 years old mother. She followed through and contacted my mother with the results of her finger x-ray in a timely manner.
