I always have great and productive visits with Nurse Nangle. I appreciate her taking the time to help me with my ongoing health concerns. She really shows care and concern and wants the best for her patients. One of the best providers I've ever had.

Melody is an asset to this organization. She is smart, caring, a good listener, and treats the whole person. I absolutely love my current PCP, [staff]. But if for some reason something happens and [staff] leaves, I would definitely try to get Ms. Melody as my PCP. She was great.

She was an excellent listener who exhibited genuine interest in my health concerns and in helping me navigate ways to address them. She is secure, knowledgeable, and willing to provide a high standard of healthcare. It is easy to trust her and engage with her due to her calm, intelligent, and supportive nature. I would recommend Dr. Nangle to anyone who wants a passionate, caring provider who has expert knowledge and exceptional communication skills.

As a new patient, NP Nangle was very thorough with her review of my records and current health status. She answered all my questions and made appropriate referrals to other specialists. I did not feel rushed through the process and felt comfortable asking questions.

Melody Nangle was knowledgeable, a great listener, didn't rush the visit and got me going in the right direction with follow on care. Only my 2nd visit with her, but I hope she stays with Hopkins and continues her role as my PCP.

With each visit I have had with Melody, she has gone above and beyond. I never feel rushed and she never makes me feel as if I am taking her time up. She creates an environment of caring. She asks questions, liistens to me, and involves me in all of the treatment planning and explains all her Interventions in easy to understand terms.

Excellent provider, exceeded standards for care, highly qualified, professional, proactive. She reviewed my files and asked questions throughout initial appointment to establish care. We came up with plans of action and have a follow up to track progress.

My provider is excellent she treats you're like a friend. She's patient caring and explains everything and she's very reassuring. I recommend my daughter to her and she's now her provider and my daughter loves her and good friend of mine also has appointment to see her. She is excellent.

While the Nurse is nice the practice seems to have an issue with time management. Both my most recent virtual appointment and last In person started over a hour late. If this continues I will change providers.
