The front office department was wonderful! I was very early for my appointment and rather then keep me waiting they were able to move me into a different time slot and I was more than pleased that I was able to visit Dr. Vaughns.

Dr. Vaughns provided outstanding care and exhibited excellent bedside manner. She ensured I felt at ease, addressed all of my concerns, and explained everything clearly and thoughtfully. Her professionalism and attentiveness made the experience very positive.

The staff was so nice and understanding, Dr. Nancy Vaughn was super knowledgable and listen carefully and gave me time to explain what I feel and answered all my questions. She is perfect, Thanks Doctor and Staff

Dr. Vaughns was so friendly, patient and informative. It's been years since my last gynecological exam. I am so happy to finally have a gynecologist I like and trust. I will most definitely be back!

Dr. Vaughns is amazing! She's been taking care of me through my pregnancy loss journey, and she's been nothing but wonderful. I would say the front staff has on multiple occasions given me a tough time with follow up appointments. I feel like they're not really listening or understanding when a specific follow up request is made. This has happened twice, and the next day the supervisor intervenes (after I send a MyChart message to the doctor). Not every patient is seen for the same reasons, and follow up continuity is important in specific cases. I think it's important they recognize that. Overall, the group is great and the staff is friendly!

I just want to say that the staff was absolutely amazing. And the doctor, Nancy, she explained everything to me so easily. I've never had a doctor like her. Absolutely amazing. And yes, I would definitely recommend her to everyone. Thank you.

Dr. Vaughns is a great provider at this practice; she is very thorough and genuinely cares about her patients. Prior to this visit with Dr. Vaughns , a week before she did my surgery and helped me calm my nerves and made me feel at ease during such a difficult procedure. I don't think my surgery would have went as smoothly as it did without her. Dr. Vaughns is a professional and an amazing physician. I would 100% recommend her to my family and friends.

It was absolutely wonderful. The office and staff are well organized and very friendly. Doctor Nancy Vaughns made me feel very comfortable. She explained everything to me and I will be going back to the office in a few weeks.

I think the problem that I had is still not being treated. So I really want my problem to be treated well. I don't know what to do. If someone can contact me, a nurse or any other doctor, I would really appreciate it.

I had really good experience at healthy woman yesterday, my provider was such nice and caring doctor that I ever had. She was very patient, answered all of my questions and concerns. I'm very thankful to find her as my doctor. Would definitely recommend her to my friends!
