I was thankful to get an appointment the same day.. however I had to call and I had never been told how to go about getting same day care without having to go to urgent care.

This was my first time seeing Nancy and I was very impressed and pleased with her. She took the time to really think about the pain I have been experiencing, to consider all the possible explanations, and to listen to my concerns. She made me feel heard. I would have very much liked to transfer all my care to her but she told me she is moving. Anyway, she’s fantastic and I so appreciate how well she took care of me. Again—she took time, and she LISTENED, and she clearly explained what she was thinking.

I have been very pleased to have Nancy Osakwe as my primary care provider. In fact, I am truly disappointed that she will be leaving Renown, moving to another state in the near future. [ ] is the last time I will see her professionally. She is a gem, and it will be a great loss to Renown to be loosing her, as well as a great loss to me as one of her patients.. It is rare to find a health-care provider that one immediately has not only complete confidence in her experience, knowledge and skill, but also is a warm-hearted and genuinely caring person as well. I rate Nancy a strong 10+ in every category, and wish her the very best in all her future endeavors.

Nancy is definitely an asset to Renown. My husband and I are very disappointed in her departure although we understand. Every time we have had a wonderful provider and they leave, so now we will look for another. Nancy is an amazing care giver. She walks that fine line of caring and professional. Not always easy but she is outstanding in her field. She will be missed! Hopefully Renown can find another Nurse practitioner that will meet and exceede our expectations like Nancy has.

She understands the cost and what insurance will probably not cover. There was a drug I was taking and my insurance no longer paid for it. She found an alternative that insurance does cover and is getting same results. She is very in tune with my health and my overall health has improved with her as my doctor.

Nancy Osakwe is very professional and proficient on what she’s doing. She explains everything clearly, and gives you options. She’s very compassionate I’m just sad that she’s leaving this June. Every one that I interacted with was amazing. I will definitely be coming back, and referring everyone I know to this place.

She listened to me when I had a problem with my breast, the gal for me didn’t she just brushed it off as caffeine Nancy was concerned and she forward me to the breast cancer center of which there was no cancer there but at least we know

I was a nurse. I was not sure I wanted to see a NP or PA as my Primary privider. I was very surprised. Nancy is a wonderful NP. She listens, projects a knowledgable yet caring and engaged demeanor and presents a easily understood and manageable plan going forward. She seems on top of my care. I feel well taken care if when I leave.

Nancy went far and beyond to care for my [ ]. She saw me in person the next day after I messaged her on myChart. During that visit she went over all my symptoms and then some! She [ ] that helped so much with my [ ]. That visit gave me so much hope and answers, I can not say enough good things about her. I'm 65 years old and have had multiple providers, she is the best I ever had the pleasure of attending my health needs and concerns.

Nancy prescribed new diabetes medication during my last visit. She explained how [ ] works and detailed the [ ]. I was very nervous about taking the medication, but she put me at ease and gave me the confidence to take the medication. She was also very helpful to put me at ease as I was very nervous regarding my recent [ ]. She help me understand how to handle all of my medications the day of the [ ] which went well.
