Very caring and passionate Doctor and staff. Any after care is handled thru MyChart and the doctor responded the same day to my lab results. I would recommend the practice to anyone!!

The Dr is very knowledgeable and caring. She has a great bed side manor and is very responsive to test results and interpretation of them for myself as a patient. I feel well taken care of and my medical needs are met as well as my personal ones.

SHE IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST PRIMARY CARE DOCTORPROFESSIONAL IN EVERYTHING SHE DOES, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND CARING AND THE REASON I HAVE BEEN BEGGING TRINITY AND HUMANA ALL YEAR TO REMAIN HER PATIENT .THE CONTRACT HAS NOW BEEN SETTLED SO IAM VERY GRATEFUL TO KEEP HER.

Dr Carbajo has been my primary Physician for over 20 yrs. In that time she has worked VERY hard to find what had made me so ill,And referred me to a rheumatologist to assist in getting to the root of the cause and treatment. She does not hesitate to try everything she can and if needing more support or reinforcement she isn’t afraid to refer. It seriously saved my life. She was a supportive coach and mentor as she encouraged me to lose weight for my general health and I successfully took off 42 lbs…. She was so kind and supportive through all of it. Dr Carbajo is so caring about her patients, I think we put great stock in what she says not only for ourselves but so to make her proud!
