Really liked my time with Dr. Jiang. She was already aware of my previous test results and doctor diagnosis, even though this was my first visit with her. She was very thorough in hearing about my thoughts and my symptoms. She made sure I understood her diagnosis and plans for treatment. I never felt that she was anxious to get through my visit so she could move on to the next patient. I felt I was in good hands. Thanks Dr. Jiang.

As a patient who has traveled to multiple doctors locally and hours away I am very frustrated at this point. I WANT help and I NEED help in order to gain some of a quality of life back. The provider is willing to try new things but at some points I felt very dismissed, but I know she was very busy. I'm doing my best to even function most days. I asked for a nutritionist or dietitian to also help with my condition, I asked what another provider could do for me what she hasn't already. I feel like I am wasting resources and I'm not sure if I should see another facility and their providers. I need answers, I need someone to listen and be willing to help

Professional staff makes medical visits tolerable. The practice appears well organized which is amazing for the quantity of patients that visit.

The treatment I received was simply outstanding. Much time was taken with my issue, and the doctors were very understanding and complete in their assessment. I am absolutely pleased with every aspect of my visit.

The staff are amazing and this is one of the best specialist office I have been too. I will continue to use this facility and I have spoken to several people who were looking for a Neurologist so I have told them about this clinic. Thank You for the great work being done at this facility.

Everyone, from the man at the information desk, the janitor in the restroom, to the resident and physician, everyone was very pleasant and helpful. The doctors listened!!! Felt like I was at Disney World, at s very happy place…. With a bunch of professionals!

Yes, I arrived to my appointment 15 minutes early after checking in online and I still had to wait 45 minutes before being seen. Without gaining my permission there were 2 other people along side the doctor who was in the examining room with me, I was never asked if it was ok for them to be there and I didn't appreciate that. This appointment was terrible and it ran over causing me to be late back to work

The staff is VERY friendly and the doctors i saw were very professional and very knowledgeable. I feel that I have found a team that is willing to look more into my issues and will help find a diagnosis for my problems where as other major professional medical facilities ([ ] in Jacksonville FL) did not help or even try and help me with my issues. I am greatful for the team and UAB and I look forward to working with them over the next 6 months to try and figure out my issues.
