45 minutes waiting to be seen for less than 7 minutes is ridiculous. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I have an appointment I wait and wait and wait. Never have I had an appointment I did not have to go to the desk and ask how much longer at least once.

When I told the receptionist nicely I had to leave she told me one of Dr Mallik’s nurses or MAs would call me to get me rescheduled. I did not ask for them to do that. The receptionist stated that. I have never received a call.

I am sure my provider would provide a better care if she perhaps would be allowed to spend more time with her patients . I feel she is overwhelmed and unable to spend that "quality" time , that in general it is expected from a GP.
