The doctor, Ms. Namrata is quite good and thorough , provided us with good level of details. But I am not sure we needed to necessarily attend another ultrasound at a Hackensack or similar facility where the patient and I have to travel 1.5 hours. Furthermore, it was not clear if the 2nd scan needed for comparison actually provided us the right guidance needed nor access to a pediatric radiologist. I am not sure the intent of this and the need to get the scan at a specific centre. perhaps its driven by monetary incentives but not patient experience.

When my grandson and I go to a visit , everyone is very accommodating and we feel very comfortable with everyone that he's involved with

As usual Dr. Jain and the entire staff are GREAT!! Very friendly,helpful and resourceful to our needs.
