My first appointment was excellent. This is the kind of Primary Care that I was looking for. I’m looking forward to building a partnership and a long relationship with this Dr Naidu and the staff. The staff were very courteous, friendly and helpful. I am glad I made the switch which was a hard thing to do.

Dr. Naidu is extremely personable and she thoroughly reviewed my many years of history and she thinks outside the box and look into the various options for my issues. I highly recommend her. She has such a bedside manners and very caring to the patient and the issues. I highly recommend to anyone.

BJC is fortunate to have Dr. Rama Naidu and her staff at their facility. She is one of the kindest, caring doctors I’ve ever experienced in my 68 years.
Make sure you take care of the doctors that truly care about their patients with empathy, understanding, and knowledge.

Dr. Naidu is an exceptional physician who always listens to all of your questions and answers each one. You never feel like you’re being rushed. It’s too bad that there aren’t more doctors like her!

I've never felt so happy leaving a doctor's appointment! I moved to Concierge Care mainly because I wanted someone to "connect the dots" and look at my whole file, not just a point in time. I feel really good about my health care now, and that someone is listening.

My entire experience with Dr. Naidu has been exceptional! Everyone in the office is so kind and friendly! We had a meet and greet appointment first which immediately put me at ease. Dr. Naidu had already reviewed my entire MyChart history and was up-to-date on much of my medical history. She listened with intent and asked questions to make sure she she had a clear understanding of my concerns. She made suggestions about medications and provided advice about any further testing. Being able to have blood drawn right in her office is so nice, and within 18 hours I had results in MyChart with Dr. Naidu's annotations and direct messages to me. She was almost immediately responsive to my follow-up questions as well. This is the way medical care should be! I would, without reservation, recommend Dr. Naidu to my family and friends.

Doctor Naidu and her team are extremely compassionate towards their patients. If you are patient of hers, you know that you are receiving care not only from a skilled professional, but care from the heart. Doctor Naidu also takes the time to listen carefully to her patients and acts quickly on any concerns or issues. I truly feel fortunate to have her at her team as our family care providers.

I have complete confidence in Dr. Naidu's medical advice and her staff for keeping me healthy.
I feel like we work as a team.
Dr. Naidu is open to looking into new therapies and helps me to decide which ones are relevant and which to discard out of hand.
I like her work ethic and it filters through to the office personnel.
I am happy that I am in her concierge practice.
