I felt the focus was more directed towards my mental health when I had questions about a health concern (I regret listing my mental health diagnosis on my chart) . I already see a therapist and I am doing great In that department and my mental has nothing to do with the questions I had concerning my health, I was asking for clarity of certain test results and trying to have open communication and build a healthy relationship where I can talk to my provider about health concerns , clarity of health topics, and asking for their take on certain results and medications. Instead of being dismissed and constantly closed off from having a conversation.

The nurse was fine- no complaints. She did her job and left; as was expected. Dr Alston was great. She was thorough in asking questions and providing answers for mine. She was respectful and clear; which I very much appreciate.The receptionist was very helpful and respectful. Great customer service and had a clear understanding and knowledge of routine procedures.

I love my PCP and the staff, they always welcome me with excellent customer service. I recommend them to friends and family all the time infanct I've convinced my wife and a few of my coworkers to switch their PCP to mine and they thank me all the time
