This will be my third surgery at HSS, the last one in 2011. I thought the instructions and communications were good then, they are even better now. The staff I met with on Tuesday, never made me feel rushed, listened to me and answered all my questions. Thank you HSS.

I rated my experiences as meeting expectations rather than exceeding because I already had high expectations based on my prior experiences as the spouse who gas gone through two surgeries at HSS within the last two years.

The medical staff, volunteers, and security personnel demonstrated professionalism, courtesy, and compassion. The quality of care I received was exemplary and has instilled confidence in me as my approaching upcoming surgeries.

All staff was professional and pleasant, including housekeeping and food service. Doctors, nurses, support staff - I cannot say enough about the excellence of their care. Thank you to everyone.

My pre-op PT consultation was very helpful. My provider told me what to expect post surgery, gave me mobility tips for moving safely within my home (bed, shower, etc…), gave me additional equipment suggestions to increase my safety and put me in touch with a social worker. The visit was definitely helpful.
