Parking was easy, free and safe. That isn't a huge matter for me personally but I see it does make a difference for others who have some issues of getting around.

I have such a great experience at the Hoover office compared to any other outpatient office at UAB! I recommend the Hoover location and those doctors I see to others that want to schedule with UAB practitioners. They are friendly, helpful, uplifting, and the wait time in the lobby is usually only a few minutes. The check in process is simple, parking is simple with no parking fees, and I leave the clinic feeling helped and that my health is in good hands!

Dr. Abouchala & staff are great, friendly & professional. Dr. A. Is the best! Listens & answers questions & puts up with us as a couple- Mr&Mrs- together, so we don't have to make 2 trips- & husband is hard of hearing. Would recommend him highly. Wonderful Dr.!

This location (Hoover) has the best staff I have had up until now. I was treated with care and listened to. I can't speak for the other locations, but everyone that I encountered has been trained to treat patients with care
