The staff was prompt, friendly and efficient. There was very little waiting time for the appointment. There was no waiting time to see the Dr. and he was knowledgeable and answered my questions and concerns. Very pleased.

Pulmonary Physician is never in a hurry, listens intently, explains everything so it is easily understood, is extremely professional, and seems to be interested in the patient.
The RT was knowledgeable and very personable.

Parking was easy, free and safe. That isn't a huge matter for me personally but I see it does make a difference for others who have some issues of getting around.

I have such a great experience at the Hoover office compared to any other outpatient office at UAB! I recommend the Hoover location and those doctors I see to others that want to schedule with UAB practitioners. They are friendly, helpful, uplifting, and the wait time in the lobby is usually only a few minutes. The check in process is simple, parking is simple with no parking fees, and I leave the clinic feeling helped and that my health is in good hands!
