I had two appointments with Dr. Abouchala. One was at 11:15, and the other at 2:00. To keep me from wasting any additional time, the staff worked me in, back to back. This was true courtesy. I am absolutely grateful.

The staff was prompt, friendly and efficient. There was very little waiting time for the appointment. There was no waiting time to see the Dr. and he was knowledgeable and answered my questions and concerns. Very pleased.

Pulmonary Physician is never in a hurry, listens intently, explains everything so it is easily understood, is extremely professional, and seems to be interested in the patient. The RT was knowledgeable and very personable.

Parking was easy, free and safe. That isn't a huge matter for me personally but I see it does make a difference for others who have some issues of getting around.
