What could have been done to improve your experience?
The front desk receptionist, I have been here 2x in 1 week and same person was not overly friendly. Brought son in for fall on his arm and she kind of chuckled when I said he needed to be seen. Also called to maybe ask how long wait was as if they might not see him but other receptionist said they will see him. Everyone else we came into contact with was amazing. Dr Schafer, Dr Reder, Mike with radiology and Nurse Brittany Winter
