The doctor was informative on information I had not yet been warned about and I’m very appreciative.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
If urgent care were open a little later. It’s something the community talks about but I’m not sure if you guys are informed about. Thank you for your time.

I found the urgent care a little difficult to find once I entered the building. Signage was poorly placed and I got lost.

Finding the actual urgent care facility.

Check in was easy wait time under ten minutes. Nursing staff and provider efficient and friendly

A sign in the elevator that indicates urgent care is on the lower level. It says radiology and ortho on the directory
