Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Katie was very easy to communicate with. I didn’t feel like a fool or like my worries were stupid over some rashes or that I shouldn’t have come because it’s too small. Katie also explained rather thoroughly the difference between meds I am taking and how “generic” medicine is different (or not different lol) than non-generic brands. The doctor(?) was also very quick and efficient and was approachable.

Wait times…. But that’s true everywhere honestly.

Nurse Kelly and Dr Kara were very caring and accommodating for my visit. They took time to understand what my issue was and helped explain the treatment. My visit today was 10/10!

Staff was great, I live hours away and was worried about not being seen but they took me right in and got me taken care of. The visit was fast and friendly. Thank you!!!

Overall was just a lovely experience each staff member I interacted with was very kind, helpful and happy to be there. And of course my the people who examined me where very kind and respect. This is the urgent care i keep coming back too!
