This was probably the best visit I’ve had here. The nurse was cheerful, the doctor took her time to listen and explain and didn’t make it seem like I was an inconvenience like I’ve had here before.

The c suite needs to QUIT firing management. How can you keep providing quality care understaffed! Get it together CEO! You just fired a manager in an infusion center that is understaffed in Carson City. Your C-Suite is making very POOR decisions and your staff is overworked. Very dissatisfied with the upper management, listen CEO!

My nurse and my doctor were very kind. I came in with a headache/migraine and they both spoke softly to me which was relieving mentally and pain wise. My doctor also gave me good advice today on steps to take if my issues progress. Thank you, urgent care!
