Dr. Lawson is very good. He explains everything he gives you ideas of what to do to heal and what to do on that to do as far as getting yourself better and you can always call him or the office if you have a problem or need help after Lawson and staff are always there. I have no complaints except my last appointment was a little different. I didn’t get all my questions answered, but that’s OK. I will see him again in three months.

Make sure appointments are in person or else they forget about you, after requiring an MRI, with that visit supposed to be going over the results. They never called for the telehealth appointment and when I called the office it was scheduled out of, that office was already closed, prior to 1600 hours. I called Saginaw and they said to keep waiting. I waited for over 2 hours for a 1500 appointment. No call no show from Dr. Lawson, or anyone from the office. If I no call no show, I get charged a penalty. But it’s ok for a physician to do it and then no one offer any explanations or follow up. I live in 9/10 pain every single day, following surgery. Something needs to be done before I lose my mind.

Dr. Lawson and his staff are excellent. I feel listened to, and valued as a patient. Dr. Lawson takes the time to explain everything and doesn't rush. He doesn't make you feel like you are just a number. You can tell that he loves what he does. He has a genuine heart for people.
