My only complaint is that the new-renovation smell gave me a migraine. That's not unusual, unfortunately; the only thing worse would be the scented plug-ins that are often used to mask the smell. But the staff were just lovely.

My recheck nurse is awesome. We discussed my numbers in BP, and she gave me some invaluable information re health care and weight reduction. I don't remember her name but a tall classy lady! Thank-you for bringing "food noise" to my attention. I already lost a few! This helped me so much in reaching for my goal.

Before tele/conference with Lucas Warner, a nurse went over medications with me. Lucas Warner discussed with me my usage in recent months, the important use of my c-pap machine, and advantages for doing so. In conclusion, he stressed the importance to my health for consistent use of the machine, which is not only improved my sleep, but also improves my breathing.
