There was a mess up with my medicines and the woman I tried getting things straightened out was rude, put me on hold when I was still talking, and in the end told me I had too many pharmacies on my chart. It took me 10 days, with no help from her to get everything straightened out. She made the same mistake again when it was reordered. From the very beginning she said there was nothing she could do to help. I had to be my own advocate. It took me many hours/days on the phone to get things straightened out. Since I still dont have everything, Im still not sure.

Dr Landa is a caring professional truly caring. Staff were very kind and considerate. I would recommend Dr Landa. She did order x-rays and labs on me which were taken but have received no phone call because it’s the weekend.

Dr Landa is patient, listens carefully and is communicative and informative. She is pleasant and friendly. It is hard to imagine how she could be better.

Dr. LANDA listens to what I have to say and also listens to comments and questions from me and my husband. She gives answers to them in a way that shows concern in her voice. She doesn’t make you feel rushed and always makes sure she has answered the questions and concerns. Before she leaves, she always asks if there is anything else before she leaves the room. She has a friendly, caring attitude in the way she handles the visit.

Very friendly and courteous people that work with from the receptionist to the clinicians and the doctor herself. They seem to know everything about me which I thought was very nice. I brought all my medications in and they didn't even need them because they already had them listed in their charts even prescribed me some allergy medicine that I needed and I thought that was very nice I would highly recommend them to anybody I know thank you very much

She was very thorough, took away three medications and prescribed one. Gave thorough instructions on how to take it. Great Dr. for your lung problems, will recommend her highly.

I had a few issues when I first started going to Dr. Landas office. My appointments kept getting rescheduled, sometimes my phone calls didn't get returned or my testing scheduled without my calling to ask them about it. Things have gotten much better and are going well now. Dr Landa is very thorough and explains things so I can understand them. She also takes time to make sure that any questions I have get answered. I'm happy with the care I've received from her.
