Once again I was helped both physically and emotionally about my concerns. Amber Always searches through my prescription and symptoms to advise me on the best course of action for comfort and well-being. I am always grateful for her expertise in care. Peace of mind is wonderful.

The provider canceled the first three appointments for various reasons; however, after meeting with Carol to establish a local medical clinic when spending summer months away from my Doctors in [STATE], we found her to be extremely thorough and attentive to my concerns and needs.

I couldn’t get in for therapy for 21/2 months earlier this when I asked for help. When my surgeon asked I got right in.

Amber was caring and professional. Unfortunately, the system appears to limit the time spent with each patient. For our appointment more time was needed and not available.

The doctor recognized how sick I was and sent me to the ER for treatment and testing. This turned out to be the correct decision. I'm very grateful to her for analysis and decision making abilities. Dr.Amber was caring, thorough, and professional. I truly appreciate her skills.

The facility was clean, staff was personal and everything was well organized. The medical provider did some research reference the issue I came in for as my injury was not clear cut. The provider sought my input as well.
