Very impressed with the visit and the prompt follow up regarding labs and X-rays ordered. Office staff actually answered the phones and got an appointment set up quickly.

This was a visit to the walk in and Dr. Goetz and everyone there that day was absolutely amazing and caring to my [age] year old. They made both of us feel very comfortable and listened to everything I had to say, addressed the problem, and had us out in record timing without feeling like they were rushing us out. Very happy momma and very happy [age] year old knew she was going to feel better soon after leaving :)

Amber showed a deep, honest and sincere level of concern for my medical condition. I appreciated her focus on getting to heart of the problem and a a quick plan of treatment. Thanks Amber. PS… I seem to be responding to the prescribed meds!

This was an urgent care visit first time in the facility. From the person that checked me in to the nurse and Dr. everyone was the best wish I lived about 5 hours closer this would definitely be my family physician. Don’t get me wrong I love my current family physician but this staff and facility was the best! Thank you again for your assistance!

not only was I seen same day and received antibiotic script, but also called in another script needed for taking after antibiotic. I will be confident going to Dr Goetz when needed while vacationing at Drummond.

Excellent PCP clinic. I am a summer resident on Drummond Island. I have needed appointments 4 or 5 times in the past 3 summers. I have always had a quick response with a scheduled appointment. All of the staff are very helpful, courteous and professional. I am very pleased with the care I have received. Thank you for providing such good care.

The clinic was great. We got right in. We were on vacation up in Drummond Island and my youngest son got sick and they did test and recommended the medicine we needed.

Carol Richwine, NP is better than any doctor I have ever had as my primary care provider. She is extremely thorough. She is genuine in her interest and concern for my issues and never makes me feel as though my complaints are trivial. Carol is determined to find a source and treatment for a condition that has bothered me for a long time. I trust her completely and am so thankful that she is here for me and our entire community.

Amber was the doctor at the walk in clinic I visited and isn’t my regular provider. She did take care of my issue for visiting the walk in.
