Carol Richwine is so knowledgeable in her field of Nursing. Thoughtful, dedicated in her care of my health. I'm so grateful for her care. It's hard not to hug her after being seen.

You are given options and you choose what is best for you. Amber is genuine, friendly and knowledgeable.
This office is #1 with patient service. They answer the phone, return your calls and get you an appointment ASAP.
Every team member makes you feel like family not a number.
Grateful to have this staff here to care for us.

You feel heard and seen not like a number. You are valued as a patient and person no matter your beliefs. They give options, you choose what is best for you. They are kind, caring, positive, genuine, trustworthy. You feel like family when you walk in and when you leave.

This urgent care clinic had a bit of a wait time and they told me upfront so no surprises. The wait time was much much shorter than any ER visits I have experienced. I would totally recommend this clinic.

Carol was very though with my care. She went through all my scrips, medical problems, and mental problems. She answered all my questions and problems.

Im very impressed with Amber, she was amazing. Treated as a human and was very caring. She sent me for blood work, called me the very next day with some concerns and suggested I follow up with my primary Dr.

The staff not amber have failed me as a pt by not doing a prior authorization on my inhaler I made over 5 calls to office and never heard back from them very disappointed in my care this was my first visit with amber and now she is going to try and get my authorization done for me she was very friendly and so we shall see

Drummond Island is so blessed to have our clinic. Carol , Amber and staff are excellent. Both professionally and caring. I do wish it wasn't necessary for them to split there hours between Drummond and Cedarville
