This was my first appointment, but it went really well, Amber was very personable and listened to everything I needed, and I think ive finally found a place that will find the answers ive been trying to get for years.

I've had one contact with this provider. She was attentive, polite and knowledgeable. She properly diagnosed my eye issue and the drops seem to be working exactly as she said they would.

She was truly interested in getting to the bottom of the issue...came up with a plan, explained it to me, making me feel important also. Asked about other issues and freely discussed them...very valuable provider.

I have had horrible experiences with walk in clinics in the past. Horrible bed side manner, misdiagnosis, failure to diagnose out of fear, failure to refer. This experience great insight, attention to detail, proper investigative work and follow up with bloodwork, x-ray, bringing up a potential diagnosis even the ER and foot doctor didn’t even think of which very well could be the problem now that I think of it, and the they were very polite, cordial, fast, and helpful! I could have asked for a better, faster, more thorough experience. I made a joke to them that they were like a NASCAR pit crew. Everyone of the beautiful ladies that day from the phlebotomist, X-Ray, tech, Amber, as well as her staff did everything like knowledgeable seasoned vets, with smiles on their, faces, making convo, all while getting me in and getting me out without causing me any extra pain or stress. I was also able to make it home in time to help my children with the [ ]!

I came in upset about my current physical state without an appointment. She took me in right away, asked questions, examined me, and treated me with kindness, was very thorough, and helped me in the best way she could. I left feeling more at ease and with a game plan to hopefully get better soon.

Took me in right away, listened, was kind, asked thorough questions, took time with me, set my mind more at ease with current pain issue, helped me in best way she could to get me feeling better. I would go back and ask for her if needed more medical attention.

Extremely well versed and I wished that she was a full time doctor at this location and NOT just filling in for the day. Her office is approximstely 70 miles away. Its too bad she is not located in tge city, Sault ste marie where I was seen. Great naners, great demeaner, great knowledge. Pleasant to deal with.

My team are always friendly and caring. The Staff and Nurses are always congenial, friendly and neighborly. When my appointment are done I leave with a much lighter mood. It's good to feel like I have been well cared for.
