They has to reschedule me three times for this appt. First time was becasie they didn’t tell me I needed labs before and the next two the provider cancelled the day of the appt. So finally got seen on the fourth try. Very frustrating

They were friendly and efficient. But when I used the bathroom to provide a urine sample, I could tell the toilet had not been cleaned because there were pubic hairs on the seat. I had to clean it before using it.

She’s very good, takes the time needed. My only objection is paying $50 for every visit even if it’s for care relating to the original problem which, by the way, is more than I pay for a specialist. We do need our local clinic because the Soo is 40 miles away and winter driving is awful.

She's a great provider. Though, educated and caring. But.....since my Michigan has taken over they don't care about patients care. They take Carol and Amber to cedarville so the days you can get an appointment are limited. You can't even get blood taken cause they wouldn't send anyone into the office for that service. Going to the soo is ridiculous cause that's so miss managed. I thought [ ] needed help. But my Michigan is worse Drummond island medical center is crucial to the island. Please stop ruining it.

It’s unfortunate that my healthcare provider has to also help man a different clinic in the system. I wish the powers that be would hire a full time provider for the Cedarville clinic.

Once again I was helped both physically and emotionally about my concerns. Amber Always searches through my prescription and symptoms to advise me on the best course of action for comfort and well-being. I am always grateful for her expertise in care. Peace of mind is wonderful.

The provider canceled the first three appointments for various reasons; however, after meeting with Carol to establish a local medical clinic when spending summer months away from my Doctors in [STATE], we found her to be extremely thorough and attentive to my concerns and needs.
