This is the second MyMichigan facility that has provided one stop service. If my appts required blood work or X-rays it was right there in the building at the time of my appt. Takes a lot of the stress out of getting checked out.

I would absolutely recommend Dr. Hinish and the office to anyone. From the moment you walk in you are seen as important. The Nursing/Assistant staff are very good at listening and preparing the doctor before she gets in the room so she already has some key information to work with right when she walks in. She is always very attentive when I describe issues, she isn't afraid to be exploratory in the area of focus to find the actual injury in order to diagnose and treat the issue. It's been a very positive experience and I feel like I am finally on the road to final recovery.

I was scheduled quickly for a problem with my toes. I was greeted by her staff with a smile which put me at ease. Doctor Hinish was very friendly and fun to deal with. I loved that she explained my issues in lay terms rather than medical terms. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

The doctor and the tending staff were attentive and helpful. The girls at the front desk were stand-offish, kept me waiting. Do not engage - too busy with their computer. The first time I came in, I waited 2 hours before Dr. Hinnish was even given my file. This last time, it was 35 minutes and Dr. Hinnish said she could have gotten me in earlier but that she just got the file.
