I was very appreciative of being contacted by the doctor’s staff the day of my appointment to alert me that he was tied up in OR and could I allow for a time time change later that morning. This prevented me from having a long wait in the waiting room. Thank you so much!

Everything in this first appointment went very well and I’m hopeful for a full recovery. Everyone was very nice and Dr. Sehgal was patient in explaining what I needed to know. Great team!

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Dr. Segahl is wondrful and knows what he is doing. He is curtious and answers all questions asked. The only issue is that you usually do not get an answer when you try calling to talk with someone and they do not return phone calls in a timely manner. The nurses are very friendly and caring.

Mr. Segul did his own [x-ray]to make sure things looked right and followed up with an MRI, he has explained everything as well as a provider could with results given. Very nice and listens also all staff is very welcoming and makes you feel comfortable. I have another visit hoping we can get my foot figured out but I don’t see him giving up on me. Him and his office will help me get this figured out

Dr. R. Sehgal is an excellent foot doctor and person. He cares about me, my health, and speaks with kindness, respect and at my level of understanding. He doesn't communicate like he is better than me and others, he's very down to earth and humble.

Dr. R. Sehgal is very good at his job, he's competent and knows what steps he need to follow and he says them out loud to me so I know in advance what is going to happen in the future. He's kind and cares about me, my health, as his patient. He's an excellent person and doctor.

The office visit is very pleasant. The nurses and staff are very friendly. Dr. Sehgal does a great job cutting my toenails. Very happy to go there.

I first came to Dr. Sehgal on a referral from my Primary Care provider because I had plantar fascitis in my right foot that was not getting better despite weeks of wearing a clunky boot and continued visits with my current foot doctor. I didn't even realize we had one! The one I was seeing was not associated with My Michigan Health and only visited annually to get a new pair of orthotics. I was very dissapointed with that doctor because i wasn't getting better and said he did not wish to discuss surgical options with me. The very same day I had my first appointment with Dr. Sehgal, he examined my foot and offered to squeeze me in for surgery in less than two weeks!! I was so grateful as I had been in pain for weeks and could not do my normal activities-even some of the daily things around my apartment. Recovery was very minimal and I cannot emphasize and thank him enough for taking care of me :) He truly has met his calling in life.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Dr. Seghal has to be the most efficient, knowledgable, and courteous doctor I have ever been to. While My Michigan Health has some of the best and most qualified doctors I have ever been to, you can see it in Dr. Seghal's eyes and mannerism how much he genuinely cares about all of his patients.

My husband and I both see Dr Sehgal and feel not only him but all of his office personnel are the best. We always get in on time and if he is running behind we’re given the option to reschedule if necessary, which we appreciate. They all are great to listen to us and we feel we get great help there.

I would always tell them if they have any problems they should certainly make an appointment with his office for one thing I think women up here where you have winter hard on the feet with all the different changes of shoes and so forth it's very hard on our feet and sometimes by the time you're 50 they're not much to look at and it's embarrassing and I said he makes you feel right at home and not embarrassed at all with the problems you have with your feet that's a great kindness that we need to be encouraged to take care of our medical needs.

It seems that once you're 50 with all of the weather gear we have to wear in the winter and the old age by the time we're at that age our feet are starting to have trouble but it's very embarrassing to show feet that you consider ugly to another human lol and I think a lot of us put off for care and suffer rather than be embarrassed but I found this doctor to be so kind and patient and I didn't feel at all embarrassed at having him take care of the problems I was having that was a great help to me and I have told my friends if they have any problems don't feel any hesitation about going to this person because they're not only a good doctor but they're not judgmental they are kind and make you feel okay to have your ugly feet looked at, LOL

Nice man , listens to my questions .wile not always prompt in the exam. Room when does get in he doesn’t rush away as soon as he is done , a lease asks if I have any other things he can help with

Excellent Physician and surgeon. He doesn't spend much time with his patients but I noticed an improvement the last time I went. He appeared to be more personal and friendlier than on past occasions.

Doc is friendly and to the point but NOT rudely. He tells/shows you straight & simple ways about what's up and your options. He leaves info with you to decide on how you want to proceed. Basically Dr. Sehgal is straight, fast and to the point! Doesn't waist your time!! I like this whole office a lot! Thank you 😊
