What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
He's always in a rush to leave. Didn't look at any of the information he specifically asked me to document about the injury. (Had me keep daily notes and take photos upon every flairup) and never called in my nerve medication before the office closed for the weekend. I was staying with my husband in Canada. We waited three hours to see if the pharmacy got the prescription, before walking out of his office, we specifically told them. Were hours away... do you know if they'll be able to send that prescription out before closing, I cannot pick it up in canada so we'd have to drive back to the states again if its not ready by end of day. They assured me they'd send it out right away and then closed by the time my husband and I had finished a late lunch and checked to see if the pharmacy had received it at 3 pm.

Staff is great. Doctor can be frustrating his communicating lacks substance. When he is pushed for answers he goes to.shock and awe which is not needed. In my.opinion its an intimidation tactic. He attacks the probme agressively whichnis appreciated. I.get this.issue taken care of and Imnwalking on both my feet then all.good. But thats not the case right now.

The Dr. Is great, however the Staff he has working with him are absolutely 💯 Horrible! The nurses NEVER cleaned the Room after the previous patient, Toenails ALL OVER the place! And when I brought this up to the Dr.when he came in, He apologized for their behavior and said, " They don't listen to me." Because they don't work for him. This is a terrible way to run a business 😕 Im absolutely DISCUSSED with the state of the rooms they put patients in.. And I also want to add that the 2 of them one pregnant sat there laughing and gossiping so loud that I heard every Bit of it.! Not at all professional. I will be writing their names down for future issues.

I have already told all my friends to go to Dr Sehgal if they ever need foot care. He was so kind, professional, and easy to work with. He spent the time needed and never made me feel rushed. He answered all my questions. I will be back if I ever need something else for my feet.

DR. SEGHAL seems to be good at podiatry. The Dr. can be rude at times and talk.down to me is my perception. Which adds to stress about my situation which is still on going.

Dr. Seagal is an excellent podiatrist nose, his trade extremely well it was very helpful on the care of my feet my conditions he always courteous and very friendly and those exactly what it has to do makes things more comfortable for me.
